I've been keeping reptiles and invertebrates for years, but never got into the beetle thing, though I've always thought a lot of them were really cool. I'm a 22 year old carpet cleaner from the west coast. I mostly just work, read, run, and pursue my various interests on the side (mostly to do with invertebrates, but plants, art, video games, etc. as well). I'm going to do some reading around and in a week or two hopefully find someone who can help get me set up and running with some grubs. I don't know enough species to say specifically yet, but the main draw for me has been a lot of the flower beetles and some of the "horned" varieties.
