Lucanus
While I was looking throught the substrate where I was keeping D. brevis, I found 9 D. brevis larvae My question is, how long does it take for L1 larvae of this species to become L3? I've been keeping adults for only about two months now and I already have L3 so I was wondering if they are fast growers.

Oak
maybe since they are small species, they grow faster
Lucanus
Lucky! Ryan Minard could probably help you with this one. Good luck!! Thank you Ryan told me that they take quite long time to mature but one of the larvae I have is already turning into L3. So I was wondering. So I was wondering. True... but I've never kept L1s... until now... so we will have to see . I think I did have a few L2s...
