Regiarbol
Cute beetles! It kind of looks like there are mites on one of the beetles in the first few pictures.
Lucanus
Cute beetles! It kind of looks like there are mites on one of the beetles in the first few pictures. Thank you The things that look like mites are actually the substrate where the beetles were kept.

Lucanus
Absolutely gorgeous. Nice sized males too... keep me in mind ;-), please. Thank you Unfortunately, it seems that all the larvae I have right now are all males. I don't know why this happened.

Ryan Minard
That is massive. I'd love to get some but I really need more local Dynastinae experience before I try them.

Strategus aloeus are not a difficult species to rear. If you give a proper substrate than they will do fine

Lucanus
How about as adults? I hear they are long lived? ... A male from last year lived about 11 months after he was collected from Arizona. I believe this species can live for atleast about a year if you give them a proper care
