Hi , i haven't kept beetles in the past but i have kept mantids , millipedes etc , but i want to keep some beetles now i as i think they look amazing , and if i don't it could be too late , as they take forever to grow and find...

Welcome!!!! And not all beetles take forever to grow... some flower beetles like the Goliath ones take less than a year--some even only half a year to grow. And they are GIGANTIC!!!

Ok it's not forever , but im really impatient so for me it's a long time :lol: , and yeah some of them are gigantic , my personal favorite gigantic one is Dorcus titanus titanus , i think they look great but there like £50 :(

There are some beetles that are long lived that you can keep as adults and that way you don't have to wait for them to develop. The tenebs are very active and fun to watch and live a long time. Peter sells the blue death feigning beetles which are my favorite.
