philipee32
Hello all, I'am a budding breeding hobbyist from Az. Im planning on possibly breeding various Az species also exotic Dynastinae, Lucanidae, and maybe goliath beetles. I was thinking of going up to Payson Az and seeing if i could collect a few Dynastes Granti to start off with and maybe shortly after purchasing a pair of allomyrina dichotoma because they are may favorite beetles. Peter Clausen
Welcome. We try not to discuss the acquisition of exotic beetles on this forum since they are regulated species in this country and require permits to keep. I've done Payson. I'll be in AZ in just a few weeks myself and always have a great time buggin'!

Can you find Dynastes Granti anywhere in Payson like parking lot lamps or do you need to look for deciduous trees? Because I'm undecided if I will camp there.
