Hi :)

I caught this tiger beetle while camping a couple days ago, I am in Michigan.

It eats killed/half killed crickets readily.

They are pretty cool :D I love them, and wish I could have found more.

RIP little beetle :(

Can't expect a hugely long life out of wild caught animals I guess.

I have it pinned and drying.

lucky to have tiger beetles around you... makes me think of my old house with 6 spotted tiger beetles in my backyard all the time... they bite hard... good thing they kept ant under control

I wish I had tiger beetles more commonly around here, they are rare to find, at least to me anyways ;)

what do you feed those guys??

I feed them small crickets that I prekill or stun. They will take them right from tweezers if the crickets are stunned.
