Lula
Hello! I'm interested in beetle breeding. I keep a group of darklings that I found in an aging hickory tree with my students last year. I explore some woods near Athens, Georgia. As far as living beetles are concerned, I've collected numerous Bess bugs and a click beetle. I'll probably return them to their fallen tree after I finish discussing them with my classes. I'm raising some D. tityus larvae from BiC. I dream of finding large beetle larvae on my own. As a horticulturalist/naturalist, I've concocted soils and substrates for years. Beetle substrates are a new level of exciting! When I have solid experience, I'll share my results. Thank you!
