Predatory Mites or Sources?

I am looking to get some Predatory Mites.

Anyone have any to sell?

If not, please suggest a good place to buy them.

Velvet mites are beautiful but I need something to eat some mites that found their way into my grub's container. Thankfully the mites are not grain mites.

So any sources on Predatory Mites?

What would happen if they were grain mites? Just out of curiosity. I've been finding little mites in some of my beetle tanks.

They irritate the larva/beetles and eat their food. plus if they run out of food they attach to the larva/beetles.

Great. I wonder if that's what I have. I saw a tiny mite crawling in my mantis cup and I'm almost 100% sure it was a grain mite from my fruit fly culture.

I honestly thought you were looking for pet mites...and I currently have 2 velvets.

I did a little more searching and found the answer to my question. I went to RoachForum and found the type of predatory mite and a recommended source (I knew I remembered reading about it before). So here is what you want: "Hypoaspis miles" and there are many companies selling them online, but 2 roach forum members suggested this place:

This is kind of gross but here's a picture of fungus mites( if that's what u call it)

That's good to know what they look like. How did the slime mold grow?

On YouTube there is videos of Physarum polycephalum slime mold solving mazes.

idk how the slime grew, just happened to be there one day it creeped me out

i was just fermenting the substrate and this happened lol
