Peter Clausen
Cactus longhorn beetles (Moneilema gigas) are commonly found on cholla and other cactuses in the Sonoran desert of Arizona. In captivity they feed on prickly pear leaves. I took this video at the Seattle Bug Safari (bug zoo) last week. Not too many longhorns being kept in captivity, but as soon as I get down to Arizona I'm going to make a few pets of them! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yBPzjN9yYD0
