Ratmosphere
Just got my Phanaeus species of dung beetles in. The picture is absolutely horrible and doesn't catch the striking beauty of these beetles. They're so small as well and it is very hard to take a good picture. I wish I went through with a purchase of an iPhone macro lens when I had the chance! Whatever, I'm happy. (PHOTO HAS BEEN DELETED)
Hisserdude
Beautiful! I remember finding these by rotten fruits in Florida. I hope you'll be able to breed them!
pannaking22
I'm hoping to get lucky and collect some this summer! Enjoy!
Ratmosphere
Thank you guys! The male is skittish and barley moves when handled, I even thought he was dead at first. One female has a leg missing and is also nervous when touched but the other female has a vibrant personality. Its surprisingly bigger than the male and its antennae comes out and is very fast. I love these guys.
