Amici Con Coleotteri
Happened across my first one of these, just hanging out on a rock. The second flew across my path and landed off the trail, so I hunted it down and got it. The picture shows nothing of their true colors, but they are big and beautiful...lucky me too find out I had a male and female. But today I found eggs! I've read the larvae are quite active predators!

Amici Con Coleotteri
Awesome! Good luck breeding them! Thanks! UPDATE: Both beetles still thriving on waxworms, the occasional manduca sexta when I can get to the pet store, and the occasional gypsy larvae when I can collect them. So far I see 2 massive larvae and thinking there are more. Very cool beetles indeed.
