What do you do with spent substrate?

I feel like I saw this topic before, but I can't seem to find it.

So . . . what do you do with substrate after your larvae have turned it all to frass?

I dump unwanted or spent sub outside to decompose in my garden.

Yup. Ditto platypusninja96: Dump it in the garden and/or use it for potting soil. It's awesome stuff!!!
