What kind of beetle is this? And if have been moved in the shade and given water from a q tip, and they can't get up to walk after some hours, what is the most humane and right thing to do? It can't just be to let them lie on their back and suffer

Looks more like a weevil to me, maybe Hylobius abietis. Could also be Timarcha intricata
