Already gotten two packages from Peter this year and I've been very happy with both. A more in-depth version of this review can be found here (including pictures!).

The second package was actually substrate and beetle jelly. I really wasn't sure what to expect, but I am very pleased with what he sent me. Both were put to use pretty quickly, with the rest being stored to decompose some more.

Big thumbs up for Peter once again and can't wait to do more business with him!

Just received my 6th or 7th live order from bugsincyberspace (got my 2nd dry goods order the other day). What can be said aside from I'm a repeat customer for a reason. Peter is always quick to let me know what's going on with my order and all live orders come packed with the utmost of professionalism. Not only does his site have some of the coolest pet bugs available to us, but he cares more about the bugs then the transaction, and that counts in the faceless world of internet shopping. He truly is an incredible man and it has been a life changing event for me finding him and getting to know him (in case you don't know he is one of our administrators). I will be ordering again and again and again from him.

I just recently ordered some roaches from Peter, and I am very impressed with the service! The package got here fast, he sent lots of freebies, and the roaches were all alive and kicking! I am very happy with my order, and will definitely do business with him again!

Peter is the man. I wish that before purchasing live invertebrates from him, I knew what questions to ask before buying. However, through what I've learned in my journey thus far, I have a better understanding on what to ask for the next time. I ordered a beetle jelly holder from him once and he threw in a free one that had a saw cut in it. I appreciate what he does for this hobby. 5 stars.

I have had 4 or 5 live orders shipped from Peter so far, and every one arrived expertly packaged. All the inverts I've gotten from him are thriving or had a full life, and specifically the beetles I got are all doing quite well. His prices are some of the most competitive I've seen. I ordered Dynastes tityus larvae from him earlier this year that are still doing great, Phanaeus vindex adults that lived a normal lifespan, and a couple of the desert beetle samplers just last week that are right at home in my desert terrarium. He even sent me a little freebie with them!

I've also ordered dead leaf mantises, spiny flower mantises, orchid mantises, and a velvet ant from him. All arrived safe and healthy!

His substrates and beetle jellies are top notch as well. I use his desert substrate for my desert terrarium; my beetles and velvet ant are doing well on it.

If you ever have any questions, Peter is super friendly and helpful with answering them. All in all he's a great seller, one of the stars of the hobby. I would recommend him a thousand times over. Five stars for sure!

I order some beetle substrate from him and a spider they came fast and in great shape great package .Like always Peter is a class act

 
Orders are always great from Peter. I ordered two desert samplers and have received them today. The beetles are healthy and active. Everything was packaged great, and arrived in great condition.

 
I've needed to write something about Peter for a Loooooooooonnng time! Over many years I've bought from him and made trades. All smashingly great! He's a quailty person with quality animals. I could go on, but it would be redundant.

My wife ordered from Peter late Tuesday night. Two days later I received my beetles (blue df). W O W ! Firstly let me start off saying the urgency and time it took for them to get here was astonishingly quick. Hats off to Peter and the postal service I might add ( yes I am a letter carrier haha). The packaging was top notch. Very secure and thorough like opening up a Russian doll which contains another doll and another. To sum it all up I am very satisfied and will order again. Soon. Hahah

 
All Tenebs purchased from Peter arrived quickly in perfect condition and are still thriving after many months. The other feedback posts here are wholly positive too: I'd say you're in pretty good hands with this vendor!

He definitely lives up to his reputation!! He is truly the definition of how awesome our hobby is in the US! Communication was good and everything arrived safely.

2 Desert millipedes (Orthoporus ornatus ‘Brown Form’)

3 Edrotes ventricosus

2 Trogladarus sp.

3 Apsena pubescens

2 Cerenopus concolor

2 Asbolus laevis

2 Eleodes armata

They are very active (except the millipedes, but I still see them often).

I will definitely buy again from him next year when I have more spending money!

Another great order from Peter. Got some more Eleodes and one of the pop-up rectangle habitats for my moths. Arrived next day and in great shape.

 
Great guy, got me started on my group of woodi and sent me an extra one! Was super informative as well, with great communications when shipping problems arose

 
Purchased a pair of Dynastes tityus adults and some Gymnetis thula larvae from Peter recently, they arrived in perfect condition. I ordered four G. thula larvae, but was pretty surprised when I received one extra!
