Beetles in Utah?

Does anyone around here know what beetles or other neat insects I can find in Utah, Salt Lake/Provo area around this time of the year? I used to live in California so I don't know exactly what is out here! Also, what is the best method to find the little critters? My favourites are the larger beetles, I have some D granti and a tiger beetle right now, and I would love to add to my collection!

i know 2 species of amblycheila ( A.schwarzi and A.picolominii.) live in utah, though not near salt lake city. also pasimachus califoricus, lucanus mazama. these are the only ones that come to my mind at the moment,

Dynastes granti is supposedly found in the southern part of the state, though it's a bit too late to look now.

I heard that Xyloryctes thestalus are found in Utah
