i have allomyrina dichotoma larvas that always wander around at the top of the substrate if placed individually in a cup, but if i keep all 10 larva together in a 15 Liter tub with about 11 L of sub in there, they do fine in it. Anyone know why this happens?

I gave my Allomyrina Dichotoma larva 100% natural milk powder, soybean powder, mushrooms, and worms, and they seem to happily eat them. Hope this leads to major adults...anyone tried this before?
