Any body know what this is ? I find them once in a while I've never found a live one there always dead... I know it's a bad picture but and help is appreciated...

Ya best I could come up with online is Bolboceras obesus earth-boring scarab probably wrong but oh well....

if u see the neck carefully, u can see the green colored body. so i think im right not sure at the same time
