ericR
Hello. My name is Eric and I am located in Florida. I have been interested in beetles since I was about 7 years old and my parents took me to the Los Angeles Natural History Museum for the annual insect fair. I started a pinned collection, got a butterfly net, and attended the fair for many years. I was always more interested in the live insects. When I was about 16 I started having a booth at that fair selling live mantids and some reptiles. I have keep many frogs & lizards and am now in a position that I can start keeping some Dynastes tityus again. I have been collecting some wood and am actively looking for some adults in north FL and south GA to start breeding. I have only recently heard about this forum so I will be checking back once in a while. Any beetle keepers in the southeast US feel free to contact me. I attend some of the reptile shows in GA, SC & FL. Cheers, ericR
カブトムシ
Welcome! I'm sure you'll like the forum! Dynastes Tityus is a great species, along with it's counterpart Dynastes Granti. They have interesting behaviors and are real easy to keep. I have some beetles for sale that are easy to keep, so if you are interested, PM me. Thanks for joining! Peter Clausen
Welcome, Eric! I know we have at least two SE high rollers here. Have you heard of Bugstock in Louisiana?
