Most Centruroides have fairly potent venom but I dont believe that any species are "especially" venomous (when compared to Tityus sp. and some of the other scorpions)... Most of the barks go through their first couple instars in less than 2 days. Always cool to see them go from scorpion looking blobs to mini versions of the adults in so short a time.
