Hisserdude
One of the larger USย Eleodes species, and certainly the largest here in Idaho. Finally got larvae from this species, after having failed previously back in 2014, so hopefully I can rear said larvae up to maturity with little issue!
Hisserdude
Got tons of larvae now, these guys can be pretty prolific, now here's hoping they'll be easy to pupate...
BuckRambo
How will you go about the process. Do they have to be at a certain temp? ย
Hisserdude
Unfortunately, seems this northern strain requires a diapause for the larvae to develop properly and pupate correctly, I did not think to provide them with one until it was too late, and they all died... One thing to note is that the larvae of this species also get super cannibalistic and territorial as they get larger.
