Zophobas morio larvae? Is this larvae ? Growth progression?

I looked into my darkling beetle tank today with a flashlight and saw tons of tiny "worms". Looking closer, they are all that yellow color of superworms, but incredibly tiny. Some are bigger than others, and I see shed skins. What is the growth progression rate of larvae when they hatch? I've always seen them as big mealworms already, and always naively thought that's how they emerged from the eggs. Do they start off small and continually grow until they are ready to pupate? I've never bred before so have no idea.

I also wondered if it was possibly fruit or fungus gnat larvae, but there are only 2 moist corners in this tank, and I've seen fungus gnat larvae in my bess tank- they look different and I don't know if they eat fruit. These little guys are actively eating the fruit and wheat bran I have out for the beetles. Also, I checked all my other tanks (excluding the bess) and don't see anything else anywhere. Is this beetle larvae?

They do start off small and keep growing until pupation. Mealworms and superworms are different species, mealworms cycle is quicker than superworms.

You should look up pictures to compare. Or post a picture.

I will try for pics but all I have is an iPhone that doesn't always focus well. I will say that I am now convinced after doing some more research that it is indeed Zophobas larvae.
