Judging by the relative size of the spiracles to the rest of the body, I'd say this larva has a fair bit of growing still to do.

 
Your larva looks to be white and wrinkly which are not a good combination. This species not only takes longer but is a bit more picky than D.tityus and many people have trouble getting it to grow properly as subpar substrate during the early instars is more likely to cause health problems later. If the larva is healthy then 18 months would be a good estimate.
