What's best organic soil to use

The same brand may use different sources depending on the region of purchase.

There may also be mites or other undesirables present.

I'm on the east coast, what about miracle gro organic?

I believe the rule of thumb is: Never use miracle gro. It has fertilizers and other chemicals that may harm your bugs.

I use Miracle Gro organic choice potting mix.
