weight for L.elaphus

Head size doesn't indicate whether or not the larva will turn out to be a major or a minor. There is a reason why breeders weigh their larva.

The next time I check my elephus grubs, I'll get out the digital scale and post some weights and dates, along with any other information, I'm

using more of a forest floor type substrate, not exactly flake, so my grubs are growing a bit slower than I had expected.

I've got some weight records on mine, pupal cell formation for presumed females began around 5-6g, and for presumed males between 6-a bit over 8g. When they've finished pupation I'll see if there's a correlation with adult size.
