Want: Palmetto Weevils and Jewel weevils

Hello!

I've been on the lookout for palmetto weevils and jewel weevils, or eurhinus magnificus. If anyone knows where to get these or can look for me in Florida I'd love that! They can be alive or just specimens.

 
Your best bet for Eurhinus is probably to search for its host plants. Specialists normally remain close to hosts

Next time I come to florida I'm going to head to the two counties they've been found in by researchers at university of Florida! And I know what their host plants are too, just worried the plant will be hard to find!

 
Dont get too obsessed about Eurhinus in particular though; there are probably loads of equally colorful species in the area
