Using Bleach To Clean Plastic Terrarium For Reuse

Lately I have been thinking that if I were to clean a plastic enclosure (Exo Terra) with bleach there may be some troubles afterwards. After it is all rinsed out and dried up, would the bleach still be able to come out of the plastic in the presence of moisture? As in when the dirt gets wet would trapped bleach have the potential to seep in it? I wouldn't want to harm my beetles from something I lack in knowledge of. Anybody ever do this?

First clean to remove any dirt, then bleach. I have used the sorts of bleach sold for sterilising food prep areas or babies bottles in the past - these are pre-diluted to "safe to handle" levels. After bleaching, rinse several times with clean water.

Thank you for the information!

UPDATE:

I put my beetles in the cleaned tank. I diluted the bleach with water, let it sit for a day, and then wiped the sides with the water and bleach mixture. I then rinsed it out, wiped it down thoroughly with dry paper towels, and let it sit in the garage for a month. I used normal Clorox bleach for this process and I can say that this method is safe because my beetles are still alive and their behavior hasn't changed.
