That is an awesome setup. Those are some beautiful pieces of wood as well. It is apparent that the larvae are eating good!

and do you use traeger grills?
sawdust, yeast, flour, soybean powder, brown sugar, water, handful of organic compost/ potting soil to speed up the fermentation, usually done in 4 weeks or so.
