Looks good. That's all they need. If you want female to lay eggs you will need a different container though.

 
I use solid lids. You'll end up with dried out substrate or waterlogged at bottom unless you check and mix it regularly. If it's just for keeping adults as pets those are perfect.

 
I have cages like those, there is a very similar one, I've bought from Carolina Biological that have much less ventilation slots, they also stack up, they

have locking lids as well, the only thing is they don't have the little opening lid on top.

 
You can just tape up some holes, or use micropore tapes to keep pests out (or in). I'm so jealous you have space! because My rack is already filled up heavily..😂

 
When I used these containers I would use saran wrap taped along the lining of the lid. I made a cutout for the "door" for easy access when feeding. Keeps humidity in as well.
