Hi, I'm looking for a P.muelleri beetle in UK/EU, preferably an adult but L2/L3 is ok too! If you know a shop that currently have them in stock id love to know!

Did you check Beetles as Pets? They're UK located. If not, Titan has them.

I found a company online that is based in the UK, and it looks like a good company. Although, since I live in the US, I have never worked with them.
