Whatever you caught is not what these are, these come from Ecuador. Yours are probably Deilelater physoderus, see here: http://bugguide.net/node/view/173539 They are somewhat closely related to the ones on this topic. I would feed the adults fruit, such as apples, or oranges. Keep them on coconut fiber, maybe with some rotten wood and dead leaves mixed in. As for rearing the larva, I don't know, I've never kept species from this tribe. Most click beetle larva will eat the rotten wood and leaves, along with some dog food. However, some species, for example Alaus sp, are highly predacious and cannibalistic and will need to be separated or you will end up with one or two very well fed larva.
