Personal records for fermenting sawdust?

What is your guys personal record for fermenting sawdust? I just hit mine with 3 and a half weeks without stirring or tumbling. Usually it took me around a month or month and a half. Post your personal records below!

 
Any tips or secrets? Watched your video and am about to start my first batch tomorrow using wheat bran. Thinking about putting them on a heating pad to see if that speeds it up...

 
holy crap, man. mine is 6 weeks from raw sawdust to rhino-ready almost black.

I'd love to know more about your ratios and if you're spraying water on your breathable bags or anything like that to keep the sub from drying out.

 
The time until completion of fermentation highly depends on the amount of substrate and what you added into it, because higher the temperature it reaches, the quicker it finishes to ferment. Just in case, anyone who does not know well and reading all the replies, how quickly it completes does not have anything to do with how good it is. Small amount or fluctuating storage temperature can take more than couple months. If you keep it somewhere VERY hot and you have a huge amount, it can be completed in couple days (yes, 2-3 days I meant)

In my experience, the quickest one was right before 3 weeks (21 days) with substrate in 48 Liter container  (48L = 12.6 gal). I used to make hundreds of liters of substrate in summer so I can keep up with feeding hundreds of larvae in a while back.

Here, when I said VERY hot + Huge amount, I meant in commercial size of what beetle stores in Japan, China, or Korea would do. Some stores owned a huge agricultural composter. Something that is over thousands of liters in size. They can make fermented substrate in a couple of days. Very hot I meant is yes, as you think, it is over 100˚F. To start and trigger the fermentation, it requires at least room temperature, and any temperature above that is definitely helping. It seems you are more familiar with imperial unit. I'm also very familiar with imperial as much as metric.
