O. ornatus and breeding in captivity.

Such an interesting and beautiful species, are there any records of them being bred in captivity? I keep on hearing they are either extremely hard to breed or that there is no proof anybody has bred them in captivity.

I have four adults that have been with me for a while now, they seem content enough in their current set-up, but I would like to trade notes and see what others are doing in attempts to successfully breed them.

I got some babies from yellow ones I collected in Tx a few years back - had no success keeping those alive after I saw them in the enclosure though. I have heard similar stories from others when talking about these but cant remember who.

I've never seen a single baby and I've had good groups of them multiple times. I even put last year's batch through a cold period in my garage all winter and they still didn't produce.
