Mites/ springtails/clean up crew - whats the best to control grain mites?

Bugoodle

I sometimes have issues with grain mites. I keep food on a dish, foil, and bottle caps, but  my new rainbow dung beetle likes to drag her food in her tunnels and my millipede eats a grain-based kibble. What's the best type of mite-ridding critters I can use for my inclosure that won't hurt scarabs, other beetles, roaches,  and millipedes? I use coconut fiber as substrate.

Thanks.

Giant whites work pretty well, problem is I've seen them under other names like Tropical Pink (I made this culture for this purpose in the 90's and they are from a very cold temperate area) so if you're looking to buy them it can be hard to tell from the vendor name what you're getting since they are unidentified. Folsomia candida worth pretty well too.
