So I wanted to know in the case they mated successfully.... how many days later the female will lay the eggs??, what do I need in the enclousure as substrate? or is there a data sheet in order to know some aswers to this questions about laying eggs, hatching, feeding larvaes.

No problem, you don't need a male for a wild female the egg will certainly be fertile. However, it can be difficult to get the large Megasomas to lay eggs, the trick may just be a lot of substrate.
