Some of my Lucanus species have now reached 60-70mm
... And they have ways to go. I think my substrate blend is extra good this year. Last year it sucked and the larvae didn't reach a tremendous size. Looks like yours are doing excellent! Keep it up! Maybe after the emergence of my stags we can do a trade? I'd love to get mazamas.
But not yet... I'm keeping 70 lucanidae altogether and wanna see if I can take it before presenting myself another challenge.
