Lucanus capreolus adults dying now?

I noticed that at least 2 of the females are dead and the males are dying as well

how do i know if i got any eggs or not? is it the time of year for them to die?

I think they die later than this. How are you caring for them? If you got eggs you should be able to find some in the soil.

They live a long time but only from emergence, W.C. are short-lived, sometimes just a few weeks.

i don't know if i have eggs, I think the soil may have gotten too dry, I'm gonna give it some water to see what happens
