light positioning

hey guys! im goin beetle huntin tomorrow and i am going to set up a light trap. but i dont know where to position the light so that it can have its full effect.

Usually you would want to setup in a clear area (like a field) that is surrounded by thick woods. You might also check gas stations that are in similar locations.
