So to make a long story short my dynastes and megasoma have been raised under the exact same conditions, yet the last couple months my megasoma have been losing weight little by little. Isn't time yet for pupation so has anyone had something similar going on with megasomas as a whole?

losing weight, shrinking, all means something is not right, yes. Clearly you can see they are not properly feeding on. Even if you are providing the exact same conditions to your insects, they are all different species and different individuals. Try change substrate, or try hydrate or dehydrate the substrate first and see if it triggers them to start feeding on again.
