L1, L2, and L3 - How do I tell them apart?

Besides size, of course.

I'm not new to inverts, but I'm new to beetles and would love to know how to tell what stage my larvae are in. I mean, I bought L2s, so I know that the ones I'm getting will be L2s, but is there any morphological difference?

The only thing that really changes from what I've heard is head capsule size.
