Just a quick PSA post.

If you are ever messaged by another user on this forum and offered a deal, please be sure to post their username here and ask for feedback. Search their name on this forum as well always remain skeptical.

My DM's are always open if you would like a deep search / Background check done.

DMs are not read or moderated and are often used when someone does not want others to see the conversation. If you make a WTB post, you should receive a reply from the user directly in the thread you made to keep things public.

If nothing appears under dealer feedback with their name and there are no reviews for them, default to not trusting them. They are likely a scammer.

If they request PayPal and tell you to send things as "Friends & Family" they are likely a scammer, report them and move on.

There will always be scammers in this hobby, and we should always be wary. This is exactly why we give feedback on transactions.

For new sellers, you are welcome to show proof of your projects and availability and show us your knowledge, but we will remain skeptical, as we should.
