Hemiphileurus illatus

Has anyone bred these guys before? I recently acquired three specimens (2 females and 1 male) and set them up in same condition as P. valgus to see if they'll like it. Do you think they'll prefer same condition as P. valgus?

They're a lot easier to get eggs from than truncatus and just as easy to rear. You can usually get them to lay eggs in standard rhino substrate like valgus.

what do they eat? and whats the difference in male and female?

In this species only the male has horns.

Checked the substrate of one of the females to see if she has laid any eggs and found these.
