Hello from California

Hello beetleforum. I have been a lurker for quite some time now and this isn't actually my first post, but I thought I would introduce myself. I got first got into the hobby a year or so back when I began to keep wild-caught darkling species. My friend who was staying in Italy for a period got me into the cetonids/lucanids/Dynastinae we all know. I currently keep the following beetles

2:1:0 Phalacrognathus muelleri

1:1:0 Dorcus titanus titanus/yasuokai

0:1:0 Cetonischema speciosus jousillini(male died a couple days ago, hoping to still get eggs out of female)

0:0:5 Chalcasoma caucasus L3 larvae

0:0:3 Dynastes tityus

Also keep other inverts(Spiders/Mantids/roaches) and dart frogs.

Looking forward to learning and interacting with everyone on the forums!

Welcome Kees Hood to the forum its nice to meet another California beetle enthusiast. I myself am preparing a breeding tank in the hopes of buying a pair of P. muelleri by or before the end of the summer.
