If you are planning on using them as feeders for predatory hemipterans, I would recommend Panchlora nivea

I agree. I use them for my mantids and my Phidippus jumpers, among others. They're pretty cool to just have in my opinion!

The giant Panchlora sp. are beautiful too, should you want some as pets too!

Yeah i have seen them for sale on roachcrossing, they are very cool. Are you on the roach forum?
