So I've been using decayed oak ground to powder mixed with oak leaves which has worked great my larvae went from tiny L1's to giant L2's in about 2 1/2 weeks but I recently found a very large amount of decayed maple and was wondering if this would work? As they are going through the oak mix like its nothing lol I have no problem staying with the mix I've been using its just the maple is no where near as much work to grind up.

Any help or advice is appreciated!

 
Any hardwood tree should work fine.

I don't know if any tress are better than others though, I don't really have any experience with Dynastes
