I now have a good amount of Cotinis Nitida larvae (L1 and L2) for sale at $30 per 15 (plus a few extras)
these larvae are somewhat similar (in habit, nothing else) to Goliathus larvae in that they are heavily reliant on supplement feeding, more so than substrate (although quality substrate is still important) and need fine sand mixed in to help them form their pupal cells. During pupal cell formation, even minimal disturbance will cause them to flee the cell and die without pupating, and it’s best not to bother them around this time.
