Coniontis sp

Hisserdude

Dynastes
I have had these for a few months now, and they seem to be breeding quite well. I have them in a container with a mix of coco fiber, zoo med jungle mix, and some calcium sand. They are doing well on a diet of dog food, and carrots. I keep most of the cage dry, and have a little moist spot. Here are some pics.

These guys are doing great! My setup now is coconut fiber and sphagnum moss as the substrate, (the moss is really just for looks, you could just use coconut fiber plain). The larva pupate well in small containers with moist, not wet, compressed coconut fiber. They dig to the bottom, make a pupal cell, and pupate. Here are some pics!
