Chalcosoma Caucasus

i recently got a pair of chalcosoma caucasus and want to know if anyone has any ideas for breeding them, i currenly have them in a 10 gallon about half way full and i mixed the bottom portion with rotton wood flakes any others ideas or tips guys?

you don't need a 10 gal to breed them, but as long as the sub consists of 90-100% rotten wood then it should be fine. Also, it should be about 11cm deep, and make sure to compress the bottom 3cm..
