CEmat substrate/ flake soil

was wondering on peoples thoughts on CEmat substrate. 
 

£17 for 10L doesn’t seem too bad. Not looking at making my own.

If it is good quality substrate it's a great price, if it's bad or not that great one pound is hardly worth it.
