Hey! I recommend macro filters if you have access to a DSLR. Decent enough and it'll only be 30 dollars. If you don't have a DSLR or access to one you're gonna have to most likely buy one. Micro lenses are usually above 350 new, above 500 for Nikon brand, pretty lucky to find one for cheaper (used in good condition is only a hundred off) Nikon d40x with a kit lens and macro filters to be "cheapest and best", pretty decent shooting in RAW.
But people might know a good point and shoot, but I'd be cautious.
