Thank you very much. After I take the male out how long should I leave the female in the breeding box before I dig up the eggs hopefully grubs? I buried a chunk of white rot wood in the flake soil about 3/4 submerged. Is that ok?What would you like to know about breeding them? As far as I'm aware they are quite easy: leave the male and female together until they mate (you can separate them after that), make sure she has a good 6-8 inches of substrate to lay eggs in (flake soil, rotting leaf mulch, or a mix of both), keep them around 75 degrees F and substrate damp enough that you can squeeze it and form a ball, but not sopping wet.
If I moved the pair of adults to another breeding container can I leave the eggs and larva in the original container communally to grow? They are extremely easy to breed, you can even breed them in inadequate substrates as long as it’s moist and you remove the eggs and larvae shortly afterwards.
